The friendly folks at SA Greys saved the best for last.
My name is Rickey, I’m six years old, and I’m kind of a big deal. I ran my last race in Tucson on June 25, 2016. That was the final day of racing in Tuscon. I ran 146 times before that day.
Here’s my story.
After I finished racing, I went to live with one of the folks that worked at the track. I lived there for three years before the people realized that they couldn’t take care of me anymore. When I came to the SA Grey family, I was a little on the chubby side, but I’m slimming down every day. I’m also getting more confident every day. I was even at the Roo Union, did you see me?
While I’m waiting for my new forever family to adopt me, I sure could use your help. Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, and your donations will make it possible for me to find that perfect home.
Please use this link TOMORROW. If you do, SA Greys will have a chance at the 7 million dollars in Facebook matching funds. Better yet, why not share the link with your family and friends. It’s because of you that I was able to join the SA Grey family.
Hugs and sloppy kisses,
